“Israel does not care at all. If it cared even a little bit,” said Palestinian Talal Hamdan, “none of these pogroms and massacres would have occurred. All the terrible things happening to the children, such as starvation, the political tactics of depriving people of food, and the threats to Rafah, and so on. If there were a binding decision on Israel, this wouldn’t be happening.”
