Authorities in Minnesota Kill 9 People, Shoot 14 in Last Six Months

Law enforcement officers in Minnesota have shot at least 14 people across the state in the past six months, killing 9 of them. Three shootings were by federal officers, and the other 11 shootings were conducted by police, sheriffs, and deputies.
