An anarchist marching band and dozens of community members delivered over 1,100 signed postcards to the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office calling on them to ‘Drop the Charges’ on Louis Hunter. Hunter is Philando Castile’s cousin and was charged with 2nd-degree felony riot from attending a protest in which thousands of people shut down Interstate 94 in St. Paul, Minnesota on July 9, 2016. A week later, Hunter’s charges were dropped.
