Hardel Sherrell’s mother demands Minnesota end its contracts with jail & correctional healthcare services provider MEnD Correctional Care. Del Shea Perry’s 27-year-old son, Hardel, suffered a tortuous death in Beltrami County Jail after being medically neglected in 2018. He was the third to die in Beltrami County in as many years.Recently the DOC has called for an independent investigation into Hardell’s death.
