Protester Arrested by Agents Outside Whipple Federal Building

An elder man was shot with pepper balls and arrested by federal agents after protesting ICE in the driveway of the Whipple Federal Building around 2 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2026. The man’s car was driven into the parking lot by a DHS agent and then a tow truck came and took the car away.
