East Phillips and Little Earth residents, advocates, and community members gathered at Cedar Field Park to celebrate a community victory on Saturday, June 18, 2023. After a long hard-fought battle that included petitions, city council meetings, protests, occupations, arrests, and legislative sessions EPNI finally acquired the East Phillips Roof Depot to bring their dream project to reality.
