At an Aug. 30, 2022 meeting of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center Community Stakeholder Advisory Committee, Atlanta PD Assistant Chief Carven Tyus said #StopCopCity protesters had been getting cashless “signature bonds” from DeKalb County Court when jailed on minor charges.
