This morning, just after 6:00 a.m., the long-dreaded eviction of the Peavey Park sanctuary encampment took place. An hour before sunrise and in the rain, Minneapolis Park Police, Minneapolis Police, and sheriff’s officers were all documented taking part in the clearing of the park.
